Directions:
1. Cook the Chicken:
- In a large pot, combine the chicken thighs, chicken broth, onion, garlic, bay leaves, salt, cumin, and oregano.

- Add the hominy, shredded chicken, and the reserved chicken broth to the pot with the verde sauce.
